| Abstract: | Almost all workers in the lead acid battery industry initially come to their jobs unskilled and must master the necessary tasks of their job through on the job training. KW Powersource is among the new manufacturers that have prolonged training programs where newer employees are buddied with a more experienced worker as well as being closely supervised by an area supervisor. One of the reasons for this great emphasis on worker training is to keep product rejection rates to the lowest possible levels. |
