| Abstract: | Amidst social, political and economic upheaval of a magnitude not seen in centuries, today's business must transform themselves drastically into any organizations. There are 4 organizing prinziples that any organization can adopt. Each of these is an alternative to traditional forms of management and organization. When adopted, the organizing prinziple touches every aspect of the way an organization operates. It affects how strategy is developed, how new employees are recruited, how budget allocations are determined, how strategic partners are chosen and how products are designed. |
