| Abstract: | The articles, seminars, and pamphlets on AIDS in the workplace do not address the real problems that real managers face in real companies. The author of this article knows. Over a period of 4 years, two of his direct reports developed AIDS , and he attempted to balance his responsibilities to the two men and to the rest of his organization. He found out that there is no easy answer. |
