| Abstract: | There exist the problems in readjusting interests and powers among the units at advanced position, the middling state and backward position in oil industry, departments dealing with domestic and foreign trade as well as major oil users. Besides, there also exist the phenomena that it is difficult to coordinate and be in harmony with one another in the lines of oil resource allocation, price and uniform step in market. The basic guiding thought on operation should be occupying market by every possible means, placing first the work of increasing the share of market in operation of enterprises, straightening up the internal relations of oil companies and strengthening integration of production and marketing operation of oil. |
