| Abstract: | To construct a modern business system is a systems engineering. From the internal aspects of state enterprises, they include the reforms and innovations for the property right system regarded as the core of modern business system, corporate institution and relevant system defined authority and responsibility of enterprise leaders, organization and management system, personnel system, distribution system and financial accounting system, etc. From the external aspects of enterprises , they ask the synchronous reforms and perfection for the macroscopic readjustment and control, market system, social security and the functions of government which form a complete set with modern business system. |
