Abstract: | There are arguably two principal tasks for the international business curriculum within business schools: to produce comparatively small numbers of international business specialists, and to generate positive attitudes towards and understanding of international business on the part of essentially all business graduates. However no curriculum development model exists to help with the task of devising curriculum strategies and structures appropriate for changing the attitudes of the majority of business students towards international business. This paper puts forward a new and more appropriate curriculum development model that does consider the problem of attitude change and so accomplishes both of the tasks for the international business curriculum. |
