Abstract:What can big business learn from small business? Plenty. But beware, the same mistakes can kill any company, any size. Small businesses, on the whole, are focused on growth. Many Fortune-500 companies, on the other hand, have not grown in real terms, and many try to shrink to greatness. What the small companies have really cornered is the market in growth. In addition to growth, however, small businesses have another asset big businesses often lack: the ability to change quickly.
