| Abstract: | It is practical for city credit cooperative, in accordance with its present situation, to adopt share-holding cooperative system and then share-holding system. Share-holding cooperative system has features of both share-holding system and cooperative system. Share-holding cooperative bank can combine productive factors such as labor forces and capitals organically. It can improve commodity economy development and liberalize productive force. |
