| Abstract: | It is a bias that free production in market economy will no doubt result in resource waste. Plan adjustment and market adjustment have their own advantages and disadvantages. We should make suitable selection and combine them organically. Market mechanism can eliminate income gap of social members and avoid polarization. Socialist market economy is a such kind of market economy which is under the macro adjustment and combines with planned adjustment means. |
