| Abstract: | By means of tremendous statistic data and with the quota system designed by the author as the premise, this paper makes a survey of not only the extent to which Liaoning Province has become market-oriented in terms of the general course of regional economic development, but also the course maturity, and problems market-orientation of Liaoning's economy from the perspective of how much autonomy that market participants possess, how far local governments push ahead the reform of systems, and its influence. |
