| Abstract: | According to statistics, by the end of Feb. 1994, there were 13,000 enterprises with share-holding system. They also show that by Aug., there were 355 enterprises which appeared on the market. Among Shanghai, Shenzhen-listed stocks, 275 are A stocks, 52 B stocks, 15 STAQ and NETS, 11 H stocks, and 2 N stocks. They have raised several hundreds of billion yuan of funds for the country's construction by issuing stocks and played an active role in speeding up the development of socialist market economy. |
