| Abstract: | This paper discusses the theory of policy decision, information, motive structure and function of China's managerial organization and considers that China has found a set of managerial organizational theory with Chinese characteristics through a long period of managerial practices and from the Chinese realities. Although it still needs systematization but develops and changes quickly. It is necessary to promote its study with greater strength for speedy perfection. |
