| Abstract: | The manifestation of the influence of foreign trade and economic system on China's inflation is as follows: The increasing demand for export has made some materials in short supply, thus causing price rise. At the same time, a large amount of foreign capital has flawed into China, the RMB exchange rates have been merged and RMB devalued. These factors have exerted influence on the recent inflation in China. So, to solve the problem of inflation, the foreign trade and economic system must be reformed. |
