| Abstract: | Since the 1990s, the forms of foreign investment in China have not been confined to joint ventures and solely foreign-funded enterprises. There have been many new forms, such as purchasing property rights, investment insecurities , overseas investment funds, BOT investment, financing through projects, foreign controlled joint-stock companies. With the adjustment of China's policies, the state-owned enterprises will play a leading role in attracting foreign investment. The foreign investment in these enterprises will keep a higher level. |
