| Abstract: | During 1952 to 1978, the change margin of the absolute regional distinguishment is comparatively small, because the government has converted the investment to the inland areas at great margin in a view to developing the new industrial bases in hinterland to obtain a regional development on balance. As the reform and opening policy goes on from 1978 to 1990, the production factors are moving towards the eastern coastal areas which boast of the comparatively high investment returning profit. For this geographic advantage, the Special Economic Zones as well as the open cities have been set up. China should make the areas with good conditions and enough potentialities take the lead in getting rich first |
