| Abstract: | It is necessary and urgent to realize the shift of economic growth mode in China. The main economic factors for it are: 1. the acceleration of world economic development and sci-tech progress; 2. the speed up of the adjustment of the structures of industries, products and enterprises worldwide; 3. the intensifying of worldwide competition. To realize the shift of economic growth, we need to realize the shifts in such aspects as ideology, system model, the way of resource allocation, the driving force of economic growth, the orientation of the layout in productive. |
