| Abstract: | Both sides across Taiwan Straits can complement their superiorities and joint hands in the development of hi-tech. The complementary factors are the differences in the space of Hi-tech Parks, then abilities in the stage of Hi-tech industry, the fields with superiority, and the conditions they have. So making great efforts to develop new and hi-tech industry by complementing them superiorities can no doubt benefit the political, economic and social development and the strengthening of comprehensive strength across Taiwan Straits. |
