| Abstract: | Requirements or orientations for the quality of management are not given on the same way as they are given in the group of ISO 9000 standards for the quality of products, processes and services.Every enterprise and particulary members of management should after the implementation and certification of quality management system according to one model of ISO 9000, take care for upbuilding and widespreading the quality management system over all busines functions and all organisation levels.In this work the model of study and construction the quality of management is presented in enterprise E T I Elektroelement Izlake, who has certificated quality management system according to ISO 9001. |
