| Abstract: | With the change of our political system, there did not follow changes in the security-information sphere.On the long term this will create a bad influence on the national security system.The basic conditions on this level of state service were defined in the years 1990 and 1991, but the specific areas of state service were not precisely defined.The new law affecting government service, which became effective in January 1993 for this specific level of state service, did not provide solutions but opened a serious level of systemic questions.The systemic questions which are not solved on the security-information level are based on work which is not defined, but on the other hand, the state service is also undefined. |
