On one hand, the government has a strict control over the currency issuing: on the other hands the multiplied amount of the credit currencies are issued in loans which causes a situation of being tight formerly and of being loose lately in whole credit currencies creation process. In the words, the Mo issuing is under tight control, however, as the definition of the currencies get widened and generalized, the creation of the credit loans become slackened, too.
