Abstract:China's transit economics is an institutional economics or a theory on the change of an institution. In terms of basic logic, it stresses the important influence of an institution on economic efficiency and the decisive role of the change of an institution to economic development. China has succeeded in its market-oriented reform. The main reason for it is the relatively low cost of reform. It can be explained from the following: reform beyond system , the reform of the additional output, specially permit reform, subsidy reform, the trading of planned rights and local reform (or marginal reform).
