| Abstract: | The basic features of the present real estate market are as follows: (1)The real estate industry as a newly-emerging one has changed the state of rising and falling suddenly and sharply and entered a steady development stage. (2) Its structure is becoming rational day by day and its development is obviously tilting to residence. It is being gradually brought into the orbit of the development of legislation and standardization. At present, its development trends are as follows: The development of residence will become the mainstream of real estate; Its regional distribution will tilt to the areas along rivers and the central and western areas. The foreign investment will come into this field and so the situation of investment in real estate in securities will become increasingly clear. |
