| Abstract: | Difficulties and their causes of the present-stage work concerning bankruptcy of enterprises: people are not quite prepared for social instability caused by bankruptcy; contradictions, conflicts and difficulties arise when management of state enterprises changes from the traditional system to the market mechanism; systems and policies related to bankruptcy of enterprises are imperfect; there is something irrational and substandard about this work on a trial basis must be promoted steadily. A series of perfect policies and measures should be carried out and a warning mechanism of bankruptcy created. |
