| Abstract: | After paying dearly for workers' compensation claims stemming from repetitive strain injuries, companies are realizing it is time to be proactive. Attention to ergonomics will avert lawsuits, workers' companies' claims and employee injury and make for more comfortable, and hence, productive, workers. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure where repetitive strain injuries are concerned. |
