| Abstract: | The article deals with the essence of the intrapreneurship and its importance tor the survival and development of the firm in present turbulently changing technological and socialeconomic circumstances.The fact that there are among big organisations so few innovators and innovations, points out the difficulty of the process of introduction and implementation of intrapreneurship in the existing corporations.The article therefore emphasises the main elements of intrapreneurshipn, describes its possible organizational forms in practice and the characteristics of a successful innovator - intrapreneur. The problem discussed in the paper refers to the production planning in graphic industry with goals to reach the largest margin contribution. We solved the problem using linear programming with 23 variables and 9 restrictions in production. Each variable is estimated both with lower and upper limits as market requirements. |
