| Abstract: | This paper presents the introduction of some characteristics of modern organisational paradigm into a state body in the Republic of Slovenia during the 199I- 1993 period. The case study has shown that numerous elements of modern organisational paradigm can be incorporated into state bodies too, thus increasing the quality and the quantity of work.Politicaf decisions have proved to crucially influence the organisation and functioning of the state administration. |
