| Abstract: | Information technology is increasingly used in the stock market trade in the world and also in Slovenia.It was introduced into the system of the Ljubljana stock market in 1993 and also into the system of the fulfilment of obligations from the stock market business deals in the recently founded Central clearing house.The organised stock market will thus operate on the basis of computer technology while dealing flows in the non-material form without written documents.The Central clearing house also carries out clearing , multilateral netting and settlement of business deals for the stock market participants.All these services have been performed on the recommendation of the group of contries G 30 in order to increase the effectiveness of Slovene stock market. |
