Abstract: | Southeast Asian countries are undergoing dramatic economic growth compared to the mature economies of developed countries. In fact, the region is now called "the growth center of the world". Malaysia and Thailand enjoyed a growth spurt form the second half of the 1980s, following the lead of South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore, and in the past few years, the Philippines and Indonesia have also entered a growth phase. There has been a rapid increase in automobile dissemination following economic development. |
