| Abstract: | Financial executives need to make sure their organization's HR function runs smoothly and efficiently. Too often, companies rush toward outsourcing, reengineering processes, staff reorganization, and systems implementation without considering the overall impact on the organization. By performing a structured analysis of HR service delivery, companies often can gain perspective on the proper course to follow to transform the HR function. |
