| Abstract: | The financial strategy for developing the western area's economy is as follows: 1. forming the concept of large-scale finance and raising funds in all directions. It means that the government, financial institutions, banks enterprises and individuals all play their roles in this line to solve the financial problem jointly, 2. Banks should supply money according to the productive capacity, 3. making innovation in finance and enlarging money supply relatively, 4. expanding the scale of financing by using commercial and banks' money, 5. developing financial institutions to absorb more funds. When the conditions are ripe, the development bank, construction bank, developing bank and securities exchanges can be established in the western area. |
