| Abstract: | Due to various reasons, the shortage of funds has restricted the economic development in the underdeveloped areas, to a great extent, and also affected seriously the further development of financial industry there. So the under developed areas should deepen the reform of financial system in the following aspects: 1. perfecting the regional financial organizational system, 2. practicing regional monetary policy, 3. reforming credit system, 4. developing financial market and enlarging directly financing channels, 5. bringing into play the central bank's role of regional regulation and control. |
