| Abstract: | The orientation of reform is to weaken the administrative management and at the same time to strengthen macro management with economic laws as the main means, exercised according to the international standards. At present, the problems like many managerial units for one thing and import being divorced from export in management, should be settled. To this end, the reform of foreign trade enterprises should be strengthened to change thoroughly the modes of the development and competition of foreign trade enterprises. In the course of transferring power to a lower level in all aspects, all kinds of enterprises must compete on an equal footing. At the same time, the necessary laws and regulations for "Foreign Trade Law" should be formulated and implemented as soon as possible to promote the development of the legal system of foreign trade |
