| Abstract: | "To win via quality" is an important means by which to improve economic benefits of foreign trade. Good quality can add to the self-value of products, raise selling prices and make substantial profits for exporting countries. "Invigoration of trade via technology" is a key to the sustainable growth of foreign trade. To increase the technical content of exported products and yield good output from relatively low input requires creation of a sound mechanism for operation of foreign trade enterprises, by which scientific findings can be converted into actual forces of production. |
