| Abstract: | To achieve the agency system in China makes it necessary to make efforts to popularize and have enterprises adopt the foreign trade agency system; formulate and perfect related laws and regulations, standardize foreign trade agency behaviors, protect legal rights of parties concerned; recommend that the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade draft Demonstration Versions of Contract of Foreign Trade Agency; give foreign trade business right to manufacturers as soon as possible and in the meanwhile expand the business right to domestic trade of foreign trade firms; give necessary support in financing and taxation on the part of the state; and combine with campaign with diversification of markets. |
