| Abstract: | To perfect and develop B-share is a short-term model. We should establish a 3-level operational system, that is, the state-owned assets administrations, state-owned assets management mechanism and state-owned enterprises. The state owned assets administrations may empower the state-owned assets management organization to participate the management of the state owned enterprises on behalf of the state shareholder On the basis of separating the functions of the government and enterprises, an organization including a shareholder's meeting aboard of director , managers and a supervision organization should be established. To combine A share and and B share, developing foreign share and certificate of deposit issuing is a long-term model. We are also going to open the B share market to domestic investors. |
