| Abstract: | At present, the crises of state-owned enterprises find expression in concept, mechanism, status, talent, source of goods and clients. The reasons are policy limit, chaos in social division of work and unbalanced mental state as well as the inertia and complex interpersonal relations, formed in the times of planned economy. The basic way out is as follows: The government should create suitable environment for foreign trade enterprises to transform crises and make great efforts to reform the enterprises. To this end, four crucial questions should be settled. They are to change thoroughly the old concept, perfect mechanism, expand functions and reorganize business and economic systems. |
