Abstract:The pattern of opening to the outside world at different levels, through many channels and in all-round way has shaped from the coastal area to inland in China in recent 17 years. In terms of industries, the scale of opening up is being expanded from the primary and secondary industries to the tertiary industry. The pattern of foreign economy and trade has been shifted to one combining commodity trade, technology trade service trade with international investment , and promoting bilateral and multilateral economic and trade cooperation. At present, China has established economic and trade relations with 220 countries and regions. Overall, China has had conditions for expanding opening up for it has a huge market, sufficient labor and certain advantages in natural resource, which has a great attraction to foreign businessmen.
