| Abstract: | When starting an undertaking for the second time, Xiamen special economic zone should consider combining its local economic development with the state's policy support to the central and western areas in order to turn other area's policy superiority into its own one. Mentality superiority, in fact, has become Xiamen's important superiority of economic development. It includes market , competition, economic returns, service and doing business according to laws. But the concept should be updated continuously. In terms of internal connection it should pay attention to investment in inland. On one hand, it can establish economic ties with inland through investment. On the other hand, the investment in inland helps promote the expansion of external trade of Xiamen special zone. |
