| Abstract: | Whisky distiller William Grant and Sons called on a 'business preacher' to help a workforce struggling to come to terms with a major change programme. The emphasis is on helping each person to understand the way they and others work and see a way forward to self-improvement. Although the goal was better teamworking, the sessions were not directly about team building. They focused on individuals. |
