| Abstract: | This paper is about sociocybernetics and observational modes. It is about what appears and what remains hidden of the object of sociocybernetics to managers who observe the organization in what is called the managerial mode, operate accordingly and in this way contribute to the production of the very system they observe. It points at the dangers and the blind spots inherent to this mode and explores possibilities to overcome them. |
