| Abstract: | Guangdong's development strategy of transnational business involves two points--government and enterprises. The government should realize two shifts in economic field, that is, the shift of the economic system from traditional planned economy to socialist market economy and the shift of the business mode from being extensive to intensive. Guandong's business strategy should be incremental. The government should have such functions as macro control, coordination, supervision and management , encouragement and guidance. The subject of transnational business is enterprises. Guangdong's enterprises should formulate transnational business strategy suiting their own development according to their actual situation and superiorities. |
