| Abstract: | With reform and opening up further deepening, the enterprises of small scale and their weaker capacity of transnational business have become one of the important factors hindering them from doing international business. To enlarge and enhance scientifically enterprises' scale and strength as soon as possible, one of the most important development strategies, this paper thinks, is to conduct the merger of enterprises. This paper also focuses on the analysis of several issues concerning the transnational merger of enterprises in Guangdong province. |
