| Abstract: | Overall, the household appliances market will keep a trend of steady growth in 1997. There is an ample supply of goods and new products to be put out continuously. According to estimation, the national output of TV sets, color TV sets, refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioner will rise by 12%, 10%, 5% and 12% or so respectively in 1997. The demand state of market is better, and the updated and upgraded products will increase in terms of quantity and variety. The increasing demand for new types of household appliances will exert great influence on China's household appliances market. |
