| Abstract: | The impact of human resource (HR) managers' capabilities on HR management effectiveness and the latter's impact on corporate financial performance are evaluated in this study. Effectiveness was associated with attributes and capabilities of HR staff, and relationships was found between HR management effectiveness and productivity, market value and cash flow. |
