| Abstract: | To realise the internationalisation securities market in China, we must do well three things: enlarging the capacity of stock market, the domestic securities corporations' going international with great efforts and accelerating the establishment and perfection of laws and regulations governing securities market. On the basis of the above, the internationalisation of securities market will be carried out in three stages: 1. the early opening stage. In this stage, the inflow of international investment capital in forms of stock rights is encouraged and enlarged. 2. the stage of expanding opening up. The domestic capital market will be opened indirectly and limited. 3. the stage of basically opening up. The domestic capital market will be opened and foreign investors are allowed to participate in the stock transactions. |
