| Abstract: | Planning, organizing and couriers Electronic Performance Support System projects can be extremely challenging. A successful project usually combines expertise from both training and application development methodologies. The technical demands of EPSS projects also create special planning and skill requirements for the project team. Unlike multimedia and computer-based training projects that address a subset of content from a curriculum, EPSS projects typically support business processes that may span several departments or organizations in a company. |
