Abstract: | Over the last few decades the job conflict has come to be viewed as a normal element of living within a complex work environment and actually may result in positive outcomes for the organization. To obtain a more accurate picture of how the interpersonal conflict process at work evolves, it is necessary to study a person's series of responses over the duration of the conflict. By examining conflict in this fashion, researchers can gain a better understanding of how individuals cope with a conflict situation that does not immediately resolve itself. |
