Their market value relies increasingly on intangibles: knowledge, loyal customers, and other expressions of human capital. Until now, most organizations have focused on how they acquired monetary capital and how their hard assets were deployed. Now, the wealth of businesses and nations depends on the knowledge and skills of their people. |
