| Abstract: | The key to promoting the development of the western area is to develop the regional capital market there. To do so, the centre of regional capital market should be set up and financial professionals adapting to the development of the regional capital market trained with great efforts. Besides, its capital structure should also be established and perfected to facilitate the market transactions of various capital instruments including bond market, mortgage market, stock market and other markets. If every capital market acquires very high efficiency, the whole capital market can realise higher efficiency of resource allocation. |
