| Abstract: | The supplementary investment in enterprises by foreign investors is of benefit to our country in making use of more foreign capital, and the advanced technical equipment and managerial experience are conducive to enlarging the scale of enterprises, enhancing the market competitiveness and providing more employment opportunities. But problems ensued from the investment: (1)Foreign investors by making use of joint ventures occupy and monopolise domestic market. (2) Foreign investors make joint ventures serve their global strategy. (3)There is no reciprocity of responsibility, rights and benefits for the Chinese partners in joint ventures. Consequently, corresponding policies and regulations are required to check and limit the trades in which supplementary investment by foreign investors is a problems. |
